This web site may include links to sites operated by third parties.  These sites are included for reference only.  Red Dirt Alert reserves the right to remove links or disallow links at our discretion.  Red Dirt Alert does not participate in or will not tolerate the sending of unsolicited commercial e-mail (SPAM).  Red Dirt Alert is the sole judge in what constitutes SPAM. 

Membership Policies:
Red Dirt Alert reserves the right to reject or edit any information submitted at our sole discretion.  Once information has been submitted and posted, it becomes the property of Red Dirt Alert and may not be reproduced without the written permission of Red Dirt Alert.

Red Dirt Alert makes every attempt to minimize downtime.  Red Dirt Alert cannot guarantee availability 100% of the time and cannot be held liable for service outages, negligence, or acts of God.

Cancellation Policies:
No refunds will be given for unused service in the event of cancellation.
